25 minute tempo (garmin pooped out) but 6:44 avg then did 5ish minute recovery into 8x1 min with 45 sec rest. Stomach did not want to workout but pushed through with a couple pit stops. Overall happy with this workout.
Ran at Solana Beach with Laura, Collin and Simon. 1:38ish. Felt good, ate a lemon in the middle, drank from hoses and beach showers. Ice bathed in the Ocean. Days like that make me glad I live in SD.
