| First 5k in almost 2 yrs. Shitty start but overall felt fine. Had waaay too much in the tank at the end but also I think my legs forgot how to run under 6:20 pace. Workin' on that, only up from here. Forgot how much I love shorter races! Got a sweet duck trophy.
